Modern and stylish, our baskets are carefully hand crafted by skilled female artisans in the island of Madagascar.  These baskets feature raffia on the outside, a strong inner woven sweet grass lined with a durable linen for protection and cover, and fully wrapped edges and genuine leather handles. This is an excelent everyday tote; the perfet baskets for shopping, beaches, picnics, carry ons, storage and as gorgeous home decor!  Plus it's lightweight, durable, quick drying if it gets splashed and most important it's an alternative to plastic bags.
