Joan Art cares deeply about the health of the Earth, which is why we are proud to produce and sell eco-friendly products. We believe that shopping can be about more than just buying something new and  consumers should always consider sustainability in their choices. Each piece we sell is completely crocheted, natural dyed and handmade.  We use only sustainable materials such as raffia fiber, sisal, woven raffia, sedges, palm leaves and seagrass from Madagascar. Our natural fiber products are dyed with natural tea leaves and azo free dyes, our leather are organically tanned through the use of soap which are then naturally sun dried, giving the leather its soft and patina appearance.
